Does Confi Life Coaching offer in person or virtual sessions?Due to the pandemic, for the safety of my clients and myself, I have ended all in person sessions and am only providing virtual sessions. We can conduct our session via telephone, Facetime, Google Duo/Meets, Zoom, Facebook Messenger Video, or whichever platform works best for you!
-
Does Confi Life Coaching accept my insurance?Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance referrals at this time, only self-pay clients.
-
What forms of payment do you accept?I accept, CashApp ($ConfiServices), Facebook pay, Zelle and ApplePay.
-
Does Confi Life Coaching offer financial assistance or a sliding fee scale? When it comes to finances, my motto is approachable, accessible, affordable. Therefore, due to our already low-competitive rates, we are unable to reduce the cost of service further at this time.

How do I find a counselor or life coach that's right for me?Finding good "mental health help" should be a dating process, if you can. Have a few sessions with at least 3 different mental health professionals. A psychologist, a counselor, a coach they don’t all have to be the same title. See who you enjoy the most and go with that one! It’s your decision who’s going to help you. Choose wisely before you commit. Because it is a relationship, and it needs to be one where you get the most out of it, and grow!
-
How many sessions will I need? The amount of time you need for resolution will depend on your situation, needs, and goals. While I can’t say in advance how long you will need, I can say that I like to help my clients find their “Happy” and reach satisfaction as quickly as I can, so they can go out into the world, leave a positive footprint, share their transformation story and find more clients for me!
-
Can I "pay as I go" or do I need to buy a package?"You can do whatever works for you. Some people like to pay in advance to cover the month, while others prefer to pay as they go and schedule sessions around their budget.
-
What should I expect during our session? My sessions are tailored to each client, addressing their individual goals. The first step is to contact me to arrange an initial consultation meeting. At this meeting, we will gather information, discuss your concerns, and clarify your goals. I usually will try to crack a few jokes, because laugther is good. We will then make recommendations and outline a collaborative plan of action.
-
What days and/or hours do you work?Because I treat clients with a family-centered approach, I typically work Mon-Sat, from 10AM-7:00P EST. Please contact us if you need to request a special time.

What is your cancellation/attendance policy?I ask that all scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance so that I may offer that appointment time to another client in need. Because I value time for myself and my client’s, failure to give at least 24 hours notice could result in a cancellation fee of $25. If you are going to be late, please call or text me. “No Show” shall mean any patient who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment. “Same Day Cancellation” shall mean any patient who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. “Late Arrival” shall mean any patient who arrives to the appointment 15 minutes after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If the client is receiving services in another setting, I will make every effort to arrive on time. Please understand that if you are late to an appointment, you may receive a shortened therapy session. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment will be marked as a 'no show' and may be canceled and need to be rescheduled. If attendance becomes a ongoing issue, the client-coaching relationship will be terminated. No refunds will be provided. A full version and breakdown of this policy will be stated in your Financial Agreement.
